What We Offer
Inné Digital provides a design and development services including a subscription service that offers a flexible and cost-effective solution for your design needs. We can scale our services up or down to meet your project requirements, and you only pay for the design work you need.
1. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including design elements, text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our express written permission.
2. Ownership of Design Materials
We create original design files ("Projects") for you. These Projects belong to you, and you hold the copyright. However, we reserve the right to share your design work publicly unless you request otherwise through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
3. Third-Party Fonts
Some designs may require additional licences for specific fonts. We'll inform you if this applies and help you find the necessary licences.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Website and Services for lawful purposes only. This includes refraining from activities like hacking, unauthorised access, or disrupting our systems.
5. Client Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you provide ("Submissions") become our property. We can use them to improve our Services without any obligation to you.
6. Management and Oversight
We reserve the right to monitor the Website for violations of these Terms and take appropriate action. This may include restricting your access or terminating your subscription.

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted during the first month of service, all design materials remain our property.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain what you can expect from our design subscription service (the "Service") and what's included in your subscription. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to these Terms.
Here's How it Works
Recurring Subscription: Our Service is a recurring monthly subscription. You'll be automatically billed each month for continued access.
Cancel or Pause Anytime: You have the flexibility to cancel or pause your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
Project Management Tool: We'll provide you with access to a dedicated project management tool. This is where you'll schedule your design requests ("Tasks").
Onboarding Call: We'll start with an onboarding call to understand your business, competitors, challenges, and design needs. We'll also work together to build your initial design backlog ("Backlog").
Prioritized Backlog: Tasks in your Backlog are prioritized based on the order you add them (top to bottom). We focus on one task at a time ensuring your highest priorities are addressed first.
Fast Turnaround: We do our best to deliver all design work requests as rapidly as possible. Most individual design tasks are completed within 1-3 business days, we work on 1 task at a time based on the order your team has provided.
Project Planning Assistance: We can assist your team with project planning to optimize workflow.
Timelines: While we can offer an indication we make no guarantees about project timelines, these can vary based on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions requested by your team.
Clear Communication: We'll provide clear instructions on how to break down your design requests for efficient delivery.
Unlimited Design Requests: Add as many design tasks as you need to your Backlog. We're here to handle your design workload.
Unlimited Revisions: Don't love a design? No problem! Just leave comments and schedule any desired revisions directly within your Backlog, we'll do the rest.
Pause or Adjust Tasks: Need to take a break? You can pause your subscription anytime and use any leftover design time for up to one year when you need it again.
Transparent Pricing: Our subscription model eliminates the need for time-consuming quotes, pricing discussions, or awkward conversations about revisions.
Focus on Design: This model allows us to dedicate our time to what we do best - creating amazing design solutions for your business.
Additional Information
Intellectual Property: As long as any outstanding bills are paid, designs created under your subscription are your property. However, we retain ownership of any design elements or templates we use during the design process.
Communication: We'll primarily communicate through your dedicated Slack channel and the project management tool, however each subscription plan offers a certain amount of call time per month.
Payment: Payment is due automatically each month. We'll send you a reminder email before each billing cycle.
Termination: If you cancel your subscription, your access to the Service will be terminated at the end of your current billing period.
Changes to Service: We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes.
